Why Peachtree Corners homeowners keep this number
Parts covered on new equipment
New systems carry 10-year parts coverage once the equipment is registered with the manufacturer, and we walk you through that registration.
Floor-to-floor balance
Upstairs and downstairs measured, so the fix aims at the uneven rooms you actually live with.
Numbers before the wrench
What broke, what fixes it and what it costs, said out loud before anybody starts.
Houses and office suites
Residential splits and commercial rooftop gear on the same crew's schedule.
Emergency line, staffed
A person picks up the emergency number at night, so a dead system does not wait for sunrise.
What My Crew Fixes, Installs and Maintains
Most calls come down to one of three complaints: the house is too hot, the house is too cold or one floor never matches the other. These seven services are how we get it settled.
AC Repair
We chase down the reason your AC is losing the fight, whether that is a swollen capacitor, a chattering contactor, a seized fan, a plugged drain or a slow leak, and set it straight so the upstairs bedrooms cool off again.
AC Installation & Replacement
When the old condenser has had its run, we tell you plainly, then pick a replacement by running the numbers on your house and ducts. Coil, copper, drain, wiring and the first startup are all part of the job.
Heating & Furnace Repair
Gas-fired or running on electric strips, a furnace that clicks without lighting, puffs cold air or keeps cutting out gets a stage-by-stage workup. Igniters, sensors, inducers, limits and blowers are where the trouble usually hides.
Heat Pump Services
Heat pumps keep you comfortable twelve months a year from one outdoor unit. We fix, swap and install them, explain what a normal defrost looks like and keep backup heat from running up the bill on chilly mornings.
HVAC Maintenance
A tune-up in spring for the cooling side and in fall for the heating side: coils and drain cleaned, electrical parts metered, charge and airflow read, burners checked and a written rundown left on your counter.
Emergency HVAC Repair
Lost cooling on a sweltering night, no heat in a freeze, a ceiling starting to drip or a hot electrical odor: the emergency number is staffed around the clock and a tech comes out to make it safe.
Commercial HVAC
Offices along Technology Parkway, shops, restaurants, churches and light industrial space get rooftop, split and multi-zone service planned around the workday, plus a replacement plan before a unit gives out.
Six Steps My Crew Follows on Every Call
You tell us the story
Which rooms are off, what the system sounds like, whether there is water, a smell or a tripped breaker, and roughly how old the equipment is. Those details shape the visit.
Hands and gauges on the equipment
The tech opens up the outdoor unit and the furnace or air handler, reads pressures and temperatures, meters the electrical parts and checks the drain and the airflow on each floor.
The fix and the price, out loud
You hear what failed, the ways to fix it and what each one costs. Nothing gets touched until you say so.
Do the work clean
Floors get covered, boots get covered, and the failed part or the old equipment rides away in our truck.
Run it and read it again
We put the system through cooling and heating, check temperatures, pressures and safety controls and walk the house to feel the supply air upstairs and down.
Leave you the details
You get a rundown of the work, the manufacturer registration steps on any new equipment and a couple of pointers for keeping things steady until the next visit.
Why People Hand Us Their Thermostat
A good system is one you stop thinking about: no hot bedroom, no cold office, no middle-of-the-night surprises. Here is how my crew gets you there.
Your house and your office, same crew
We work on residential split systems and commercial rooftop and split equipment with the same people and the same habits. Own a house and a business? One number covers both.
Someone answers when it breaks at night
The emergency number is staffed around the clock. When the cooling quits on a sticky night or the furnace dies in a cold snap, you talk to a person and help gets rolling.
Equipment picked for your floor plan
We do not just drop in whatever size was there before. Replacements are matched to the square footage, the two floors, the windows and the ductwork, which is how upstairs and downstairs end up feeling alike and the system stops roaring on and off.
Peachtree Corners and the Towns Next Door
Peachtree Corners stretches from the Chattahoochee River across to the business parks off Technology Parkway, with the shops at The Forum on Peachtree Parkway in the middle and Holcomb Bridge Road and Spalding Drive tying the neighborhoods together. Many homes here are two-story builds from the seventies, eighties and nineties, and plenty of them share the same complaint: a hot second floor and a chilly first floor. The office and flex buildings along Technology Parkway lean on rooftop units that run hard all summer. My crew works all of it, in Peachtree Corners and across the line into Norcross, Berkeley Lake, Duluth, Suwanee, Johns Creek, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Doraville, Tucker and Lilburn.
Two floors, one comfort level
Older two-story homes near Spalding Drive often fight their own ductwork. We measure each floor and fix the cause, not just the symptom.
Business parks and storefronts
Rooftop units over offices and shops get service timed around the workday so nobody is sweating through a meeting.

Uneven floors usually come down to airflow, duct trouble, a struggling system or one that was sized wrong from day one. One call gets a tech in the house to find out which, and what it takes to even things out.

What Peachtree Corners Homeowners Ask My Crew
Quick, honest answers to the questions we hear from the driveway and the attic stairs.
There is water around my indoor unit. Where is it coming from?
Nearly always from the condensate side: the drain line from the coil has clogged, the pan underneath has cracked or rusted through, or an iced-up coil is melting faster than the drain can handle. Shut the system off, soak up the water and see whether the float switch has tripped. A tech can clear the line, replace a bad pan or fix whatever froze the coil.
Can a refrigerant leak actually be repaired, or do I need new equipment?
Often it can be repaired. A low charge means refrigerant is getting out somewhere, typically at the indoor coil, a fitting or the copper run, because the system does not burn it off. We find the leak, fix it, pull a vacuum and recharge to spec. If the coil is badly corroded or the system is old and has other problems, we show you why replacing might cost less over time.
My outdoor unit got loud. Should I be worried?
A new noise deserves a look. A buzz often points to a capacitor or contactor on the way out, squealing or grinding to a fan motor bearing, and rattling to loose panels or sticks in the fan. If it is humming but the fan is not spinning, switch it off, because running it that way can cook the compressor.
The heat is on, so why does the air from the registers feel cold?
Start with the thermostat: it should be on heat with the fan on auto, since a fan left on will push unheated air between cycles. If the air is still cold, the furnace may not be lighting because of a weak igniter, a dirty flame sensor or a gas supply problem, or it may be overheating and shutting the burners off because of a clogged filter. A tech can test each one in order.
Will someone come out at night or on a weekend?
Yes. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day for lost cooling, lost heat, leaks and burning smells, and regular service runs seven days a week. Tell whoever picks up what is going on and a technician will be on the way.
Do heat pumps work well where summers are long and winters are short?
They are a natural fit. Through the long summer it runs as an air conditioner, and through most of the winter it keeps the house warm without trouble, while built-in heat strips or a gas furnace in a dual-fuel arrangement handle the occasional hard freeze. Whether it suits your house comes down to the ductwork, the layout and whether gas is already piped in, and we talk through that before recommending anything.
Can you service the rooftop units on my office or shop?
We do. Rooftop packages on offices and stores, split equipment in restaurants and churches and zoned systems in light industrial space are all regular stops for my crew. Visits get planned around your business hours, and we help you map out replacements before a tired unit makes the decision for you.
My AC runs all day, but the house never cools down. Why?
Something is stopping it from moving heat out: a dirty filter or coil, a frozen indoor coil, a refrigerant leak or a failed outdoor fan or capacitor. Make sure the thermostat is on cool, the filter is clean and both breakers are on. If it is still blowing warm, shut it down and give the ice a chance to thaw, then have a tech take readings, because running it can do more damage.
Gauges First, Talking Second
HVAC Peachtree Corners runs like a good job site: show up ready, find the actual problem, tell the owner straight and clean up before leaving. Whether it is a hot bonus room, a furnace that will not catch or a rooftop unit over a busy office, the same crew brings the same habits to it.
